Our Journey – From Engineering to Entrepreneurship I’m M. Jugal Kishore, a civil engineering graduate with an M.Tech in Structural Engineering, currently pursuing my PhD in Structures at VIT University. Alongside my academic journey, my brother Srinivas and I shared a passion for mobility and service. In 2016, we decided to turn that passion into something bigger — that’s how Bikes on Hire was born. We started modestly, with just 5 motorbikes and a small vision: to provide affordable, reliable, and convenient two-wheeler rentals in Hyderabad. Today, we proudly operate a fleet of 114 motorbikes, serving customers across the city with trust and dedication. What began as a side hustle has grown into a full-fledged business — built on the foundation of hard work, service, and a love for the open road.

Srinivas – Building Roads and Businesses My brother Srinivas is a civil engineering graduate with a strong passion for both construction and entrepreneurship. After completing his B.Tech in Civil Engineering, he took a leadership role in our family venture and now serves as the Managing Partner at Bikes on Hire. His business acumen and operational insight have played a key role in scaling our fleet from just 5 bikes in 2016 to over 114 bikes across Hyderabad today. Alongside his role in the rental business, Srinivas is also the Managing Director of ADVIK Infra Pvt. Ltd., a growing civil engineering company. Under his direction, ADVIK Infra is successfully executing infrastructure and construction projects across India. From roads to real estate, Srinivas continues to bring structure and vision to everything he builds — both on-site and on the road.
